Richard Burgos attended the University of California, Riverside, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. During his undergraduate studies, Burgos received multiple awards at regional and international Model United Nations competitions. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, Burgos earned his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law, graduating in 2014. Throughout his time in law school, Burgos focused on business litigation and transactional law courses, while also taking an active role in the Intellectual Property Society and Entertainment Law Society.
Prior to joining MLG Automotive Law, Burgos began forging his career in the business litigation arena. In that capacity, he became versed in state and federal rules of civil procedure, and all aspects of discovery, law and motion and trial preparation. While staying true to his goal of becoming a seasoned trial lawyer, Burgos has also had an active role in drafting commercial agreements, enhancing his well-roundedness as a business attorney.
